  1. The customer logs into the Paperless-home Portal
  2. Open the Paperless instance to be exported for viewing
  3. Click on the Export button and wait for the export to be prepared
  4. Download the export via the Paperless-home Portal
  5. Import at the target provider / On-Premises
  6. Validation & Acceptance
  7. Termination via the Paperless-home Portal

Max. Notice Period for Initiation (Art. 25 para. 2 d) ≤ 2 months
Provisioning Period for the Tool Available at any time
Minimum Retrieval Phase (Art. 25 para. 2 g) ≥ 30 calendar days
