- The customer logs into the Paperless-home Portal
- Open the Paperless instance to be exported for viewing
- Click on the Export button and wait for the export to be prepared
- Download the export via the Paperless-home Portal
- Import at the target provider / On-Premises
- Validation & Acceptance
- Termination via the Paperless-home Portal
